Downtown
Downtown Austin is one of the best places to stay for attending COTA. It’s a prime location for bars and restaurants, f1 events and shops, and near the shuttle that will transport you directly to COTA. The actual track is located just outside of the city, about a 30-45 minute drive (sometimes longer with traffic), so taking a shuttle is probably the most efficient way of getting to the track.
